Project R Vista

Description

Project R - Screen goes blank on game launch.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Program
2. Select Configuration
3. Launch Game
   
   

Actual Results

Blank window or full screen.

I have gotten it to run a time or two, but only at 3-4 fps. Maybe an open GL issue.

Expected Results

Have a decent framerate. Should be portable enough to manage it on different platforms.
